ReyBrowse is proprietary software. The App is licensed, not sold, to you for use strictly in accordance with the terms of the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) available at apple.com/legal, unless a custom EULA is provided.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or any part of it, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

ReyBrowse is built entirely with Apple's native frameworks and contains zero third-party dependencies. The following Apple frameworks are used:

• SwiftUI, UIKit, WebKit, SwiftData
• Foundation Models (Apple Intelligence)
• Vision (OCR and image classification)
• CryptoKit (AES-256-GCM encryption)
• LocalAuthentication (Face ID / Touch ID)
• EventKit, AVKit, QuickLook, SafariServices

These frameworks are the property of Apple Inc. and are subject to Apple's own license terms.

ReyBrowse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.

All other trademarks referenced herein are the property of their respective owners.

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 402Labs does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall 402Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

ReyBrowse is a web browser that displays content from third-party websites. 402Labs is not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, or practices of any third-party websites accessed through the App. Users access all web content at their own discretion and risk.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 402Labs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
