Terms of Use
By downloading or using GrainyCam you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
License
GrainyCam is licensed, not sold, to you for personal use on Apple devices you own or control. Photos you create with GrainyCam are entirely yours, including for commercial use.
Purchases & subscriptions
Film packs and individual stocks are one-time purchases tied to your Apple Account. GrainyCam Pro is an auto-renewing subscription ($4.99/month or $29.99/year) with an optional 7-day free trial; it renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple Account settings. All payment is handled by Apple; refunds are governed by Apple's policies.
Acceptable use
Don't use GrainyCam to violate any law or the rights of others, and don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app or its film simulations.

GrainyCam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 402Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
