My purchase isn't showing up

Open Settings inside GrainyCam and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so they follow you to new devices.

What does a film pack include?

Every stock from that house, forever — a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Owning a pack also unlocks watermark-free full-resolution export for those stocks.

Why can't I use 0.5x with a manual shutter speed?

Manual exposure runs on the main wide lens, which is how the hardware works. Switch the shutter back to AUTO and the ultra-wide returns.

Does film speed change my exposure?

Yes — when you pick a manual shutter speed, the loaded film sets the sensor ISO (Aurum 200 shoots at ISO 200). On AUTO, the camera meters normally and the stock affects only the look.

How do I cancel Pro?

Pro is managed by Apple: Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → GrainyCam Pro → Cancel. You keep access until the period ends.
